These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "the User", "you", or "your") and winmyr57 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at winmyr57.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Website").

To register and maintain an account on winmyr57, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been subject to account suspension or permanent closure by winmyr57 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and not under compulsion or as a result of any addictive behaviour that requires clinical intervention.

Each eligible individual may register and hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms subject to account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify winmyr57 promptly of any material changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. winmyr57 will never request your password through any communication channel. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

4.3 Account Currency

All Accounts on winmyr57 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are expressed and processed in MYR. Where a player deposits in an alternative currency or cryptocurrency, conversion to MYR will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

winmyr57 is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification on all Account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any time the Company deems appropriate for the purposes of anti-money-laundering compliance, fraud prevention, or age verification.

5.1 Required Documents

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

5.2 Verification Timeline

winmyr57 will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete standard KYC verification within one (1) business hour of receiving complete and legible documentation. Complex or incomplete submissions may require additional processing time.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

winmyr57 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks), DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

6.2 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where: (a) your KYC verification is fully completed; (b) applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus have been satisfied; (c) no active investigations, chargebacks, or security holds are pending on your account; and (d) your withdrawal request does not exceed the applicable daily or monthly limits for your VIP tier.

6.3 Processing Times

Standard processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows:

6.4 Prohibited Payment Practices

The use of a payment method registered in a name other than your own is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw using third-party payment details will result in immediate suspension of the relevant transaction and may trigger a full account review.

All bonus offers and promotional campaigns available on winmyr57 are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general bonus terms apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be approved.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed without notice.
• winmyr57 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including where it determines that the offer has been exploited or abused.
• Players who exploit bonuses — including through the creation of multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or any other technique designed to circumvent the spirit of the offer — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
• All bonus offers on winmyr57 are restricted to players aged 21 and above only. No exceptions are made to this age restriction regardless of the nature of the promotional offer.

All bets placed on winmyr57 are subject to the Game Rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, etc.). Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable Game Rules before placing any wager.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. winmyr57 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the player has exceeded their account limits, where unusual betting patterns are detected, or where a technical error has affected pricing.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest technical error, software malfunction, or human error resulting in incorrect odds, game results, or payouts, winmyr57 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. Winnings resulting from an obvious error will not be paid.

8.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting activity — including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UFC events, and other covered markets — is governed by the specific Sports Betting Rules published within the Platform. Live in-play bets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during an event at the Company's discretion.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the winmyr57 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic exploit of bonus offers or odds discrepancies;
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds;
• Attempting to circumvent Platform security, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the integrity of game outcomes;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other identity-related process;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.

All content on the winmyr57 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of winmyr57 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to winmyr57 or its content partners.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise exploiting any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of winmyr57 is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winmyr57 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network conditions;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, cyberattacks, or Force Majeure events;
• Losses suffered as a result of your gambling activity, including losses in excess of your deposited funds;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or market data displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

In any event where winmyr57 is found to be liable, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

winmyr57 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within a reasonable period;
• Chargeback or reversal of a deposit by the player's bank or payment provider;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, following which dormancy fees may apply as set out in the relevant fee schedule.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds held in the Account (net of any applicable fees or withheld amounts) will be refunded to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
